How many of you use this unit with good results? Are they reliable with keeping good temps? I recently bought one and set everything up according to the instructions, made sure nothing is blocking the vents on the back, good breathing room, etc. My snake room is about 75-80 degrees since it's pretty cold here this time of year, but the unit will never get warm enough. I set the unit for 90 degrees (just to test, there are no eggs in the unit) but it will not get past 74, other than one day it was up to 81. My concern is with it holding constant temps obviously. I have contacted the company I purchased it from and they are sending me a new unit, I am hoping I just have a defective unit and all will be fixed with the new one.
