Strickland’s agreement indicates animals banned will at least include “big cats, bears, primates, large constricting and venomous snakes and alligators and crocodiles.”

IDK I think people should have to be certified to own certain animals any ways. Possibly even for venomous reptiles because of public servants like fire fighters. Would suck running into a house on fire only to get bitten by a Gaboon Viper or better yet an Inland Taipan unknowingly. lol.
Large constrictors like burms should be micro-chipped and filed in order to pursue negligent owners who release to the wild or "lose" them.

Honestly people should just mind there own business.
