It's pretty vague and depends on what you'd consider a large constricting snake. Burms are for sure included, balls most likely not, boas....??
It's only a temporary 90 day order so who knows what's going to happen. I'm just wondering since it's the middle of breeding season where would you go to get a boa abortion??
I'm guessing/hoping some group is working on filing an injunction and getting the executive order stopped.
Either way it's sad that an elected official would give into demands from special interest groups because they threaten to bring issues with animal use and farming to ballot. Nothing like your state being run by "men" with no backbone.
