28qt tub for 4ft male? Large enough?

just want to know if its large enough or if i should move him up to something else?

He seems comfy in the tub but his crap and urine arent that far away from him when he does it!!! ( i am a thorough and diligent cleaner btw with daily spot checks and so on)
