What about the little kids with a dozen goldfish? "Sorry, Bobby, but the law's the law. Trust us, it's for your own good."





I have 8 herps. I would only consider half of them "pets" due to either length of time I've had them or how we deal with them (handling, naming, etc). Does that mean I'd be off the hook?



It never ceases to amaze me how apparently NO THOUGHT WHATSOEVER is given to prioritizing what our legislators should be working on for their constituencies. There really aren't any bigger problems in IL? Must be a pretty sweet place to live, what with the no crime and all.
