No laws on size I know of

I don't think there are any laws on size of leopard geckos sold, if there it it is probably by state, I am pretty sure there are no laws like that in CA at least. Petco here sells hatchlings. Sounds like that gecko is a hatchling. Hatchlings don't have fat tails yet.



However many individual breeders have their own standards about when they will sell and when they will ship leopard geckos.
