Thanks for the interest in Bob, all dog owners are more then willing to talk about how great their dog is. I'm as guilty as the next dog owner. I'll try and not go over board here.
He's a pretty devoted little guy, so he doesn't run off while herping very often. He is always on the sniff for a rabbit, and if he see's one his brain rolls out of his head, and off he'll go to Timbucktu chasing the Rabbit.
I've lost him down Rabbit holes a couple of times, and it's taken a few hours to get him out. And one time Cole and I lost him for two hours when he chased a Blackbear into the dam outback of know where.
I've always managed to get him back though, and thank god too, I love this little dork.
He's 7 years old, and stays a lot close these days. Usually.
