Are males bigger then females?

Okay so they havent been probed yet.But the one with the wider tail is bigger and the one with the skinny long tail is smaller.But since Im used to the whole boa female being twice the size of the male it seems strange that the male would be bigger.Also do they both have spurs?I havent seen any but on the shed of one is tiny spur looking things at the vent.
