I would stick to Sani-Chips for babies. Reason being that the cobs swell if ingested, and perhaps a baby rosy might have a problem if it eats some (probably not but no harm in being safe). Adults can pass them. I know, I used to use it with rosies and kings and gophersnakes years ago. The snakes would at some point swallow some with their meal. Never had an issue from it.
