Domestic cats do a hundred million times more damage to native wildlife then any amount of loose surviving reptiles. That proves these laws have absolutely nothing to do with conservation, safety,or anything but job justification for lawmakers. Absolute evil, immoral, unethical, unconstitutional, and parasitical government at its best.
