Well my adult BM Jade is off on a field trip... Nate took her away this weekend for a late in the season breeding attempt with his male Sonny... it's odd walking past her enclosure and seeing it empty... hopefully things will work out as I'd like to have some experience with incubation before breeding my polyz later on down the road... should be a good pairing as both Jade and Sonny are just as black as you can expect in BM's and both are over 6ft... we'll see

Hard to believe I've had the polyz for 6 months already and the newest BM for almost as long, all the young ones are a little better than 2' now, all have great appetites... so being bored and missing Jade I thought I'd post some pics of them all for my amusement and hopefully yours...

Here's Jade "hiding" under the log that came with Brown Anole recently given to me... why is it Nate is given a Red Tailed Boa and I get an Anole?

My new BM Ed when I first got him from Rob

And 6 months later, darkening up nicely

Female Poly Morticia

And the male Gomez

The female poly is a nice calm girl, easy to handle, eats from my hand... the male is still a spastic little twit, his only improvement in handling is no longer musking on me... he has no idea who he's dealing with... I can outlast him I had hoped there would be some heavier tipping in the white bands at this point but comparing these photos (taken just an hour or so ago) with older ones... little has changed in that respect... guess I expect changes as quickly as I see in BM's
