If you want to go with a fogger, which WILL bring up humidity to insane highs for a while then settle back down. I'd work out a schedule for how long it takes to come down with misting then install my "ghetto" fogger. Buy a cheap cool mist humidifier from CVS, Walgreens, RiteAid or whatever and stick it on a digital timer. Once done, set it to run at 2 minute intervals often enough to keep humidity up. Just use PVC and silicone sealant to neck down the fog output port on the humidifier and run a plastic tube from that into the tank.
I'm actually thinking of buying a cheap netbook and wiring all my systems into it to use as a controller. Set up a private website so I can control and monitor the temps, webcam, humidity, photoperiods etc. I know it's not necessary, but I'm something of a technophile.
