I am no expert, but 80% seems a bit too much if kept constantly.
Monitor enclosures usually allow very little ventilation, and such a humid enviroment may result in respiratory disease.
If you keep 65-70 in most of the enviroment, the hiding spots, if well set, will be far more humid. And your monitor will have choices.
Also make sure you are positioning your humidity probe in the correct area. If it's too close from the heat source you'll never be able to have a real reading, it will be always too dry.
