New cage stress

Finally got my Sav in his new cage! He did a lot of exploring right away but has not dug any burrows yet. In the past I found with some herps that when put in a new enclosure they tend to hide and not eat for a few days. Does this tend to be the case with Sav's? Martin has been hiding in the trough ever since he went to sleep Sunday night and I figure it is normal but wanted to get people's opinions here. Temps are great outside of the trough (130 basking spots, 85 ambient warm side, upper 70s cool side) but in the low 70s at the substrate level at night.
