We had the same type of stuff in our first clutch. All of our eggs were good but we did have one that was as bad as yours and 2 others not near as bad. We actually just pushed what was left back inside the snake and they closed up on there own. The other we put in a measuring cup (similated egg) inside of a wet paper towel. He absorbed the rest of the yolk sack in 2 days and was fine after that.
