Nice snake buddy; I don't think the condition is genetic, just one of those things that happens every now and then. Take a look at Ralph Davis' video "guts" on youtube.



He had the same issue and just pushed everything back in and stiched it. The Scar is nicer, just a line. If I were you I would avoid feeding large meals because that scar wont stretch to fit.
