When they come out of the eggs, rinse them off in luke warm water, set them all up in the same box with hiding spots and a small water dish on moist paper towels and if the paper towel dries out lightly mist to assist in first shed until they shed. Then seperate them and set them up in individual boxes.

Thats how I do it and I am sure everyone does something different.
