People have taken to calling what you've described "boob eggs". They do hatch though they usually yield hatchlings that are a bit smaller than those that come from fully, normally calcified eggs. I hatched one myself just a month ago and while the rest of the hatchlings came out at 58-60g., the hatchling from that egg was 44 g. But it's feeding great and has caught up to the others. So all of this is a long-winded way of saying - incubate it!
