No doubts or questions about it - that's a Coluber constrictor constrictor. All forms of Coluber constrictor are relatively similar when young. They have a bold pattern on their anterior portion which fades to a gray-ish posterior. It isn't until they begin to mature that they get their distinctive adult coloring.
