For oral dosage you may want to try Calcium glubionate. NeoCalglucon, Calci-Syrup are a couple of brand names, I believe it is available over the counter at pharmacies, best to call and check on that. The dosage is just 1mg per kilo. Since it is liquid you can use a syringe (with no needle) and squirt it down the throat. At the same time you might give pedialyte, the calories can help replenish energy and hopefully allow her to push the egg out on her own.
A variation would be to soak the snake in gatorade, Like you might for a bad shed, a shallow container but with gatorade instead of water. The hydration is probably the main thing. I have heard the sugars and salts help, don't know of real evidence to back that up.
