Hi again, are you saying this monitor is two years old, and only 2 feet total length?

If yes, it`s been housed in very sub-optimum conditions.

I would expect a healthy Black/White Throat to be at least 2/3rds the adult size at that age (around 5ft), if it is stunted, I doubt it will ever each it`s full size potential now.

Personally, I would look for a healthy baby/juvenile.
