Joe, I have a pueblan that lays one of those twisted egg thingy's every year. Most of the time the are just infertile eggs, this year half looked good the other half didn't. It lasted about 3 - 5 weeks and then went sour and collapsed. Hope this helps, also great looking aberrant!
