I think we have built in smart fraud prevention to prevent that type of scamming.

This is a self funded program, no insurance company would underwrite it, so it was especially important to eliminate any loopholes for shenanigans.

This program is the only way to get a shipping refund for late FedEx delivery of live reptiles (refunds are specifically exempted in the FedEx certification program), and also for DOA due to late arrival. Along with the packaging and customer service, we offer much more than just a shipping label at a great rate. Full service all the way to Ground service (for merchandise) coming soon as well.
