Not a Pueblan.

That is 100% not a Pueblan. Pueblan Milks, Lampropeltis triangulum campbelli, are quite different in appearance than your snake. You animal appears to be a Sinaloan/Nelson's Milk. Whoever sold you that specimen had it mislabeled.
