from the pic it looks like ripped and torn cordage..not "guts"....

they should fall off...never saw them quite like that before...

use a deli-cup wetted ,but not water in it...and the baby can slide all over the place...put deli-cup back into incubator and wait...

......a few will have intestine pieces sticking out of the hole..and will have to have it go back in...it can be hard to tell at times what is suposed to be in and what is to fall off...

never push in --or rip off if not sure....
