Continuous Tri Color Hog egg laying

How do I stop my tri color hog female from continuously egg laying? She was only introduced to the male once and has since laid three clutches (mostly duds now). Besides keeping her really thin, is there any way of preventing this? I was also told this continuous egg laying will kill the female very quickly.
