Do hogs "cuddle"?

I know this is an outrageous question. And the answer is probably one of thermo-regulation or something. But I have a male and female in the same tank, and they almost are never separate from each other. I've had them for a month now and I think I've seen them separate maybe twice other than when I feed. I've NEVER seen activity like this with any of my other snakes. Can someone she some light?
