Well, their preferred natural prey is usually lizards (Sceleporus), but other things can work as well. I know you have tried several things already, but here is a link for a couple other ideas to go along with what you already tried so far.
And last, but not least, put them in a deli cup with a shirt or towel thrown over it, put them in the seat and take them for a car ride..LOL!. Sometimes the constant vibrations of the car ride does something to many hatchlings that elicits a feeding response. I guess the ride stimulates them out of their "dormant mode"..
