Mark - that is a good question. I think they're great. Granted many localities are not quite as colorful as other triangulum ssp. That coupled with the babies being small and stubborn feeders may contribute to their lack of popularity in the hobby.

Those that do work with them likely enjoy the variability of this ssp from one locale to the next and even within the same locale.
