The nuckleheads that want these toads for their "medicinal" value seem to have driven the price sky high. It never ceases to amaze me what some people will do for a buzz. If you want one and don't want to pay that much for it, you'll probably have to find someone who will trust you enough to catch one and send it to you. I don't think it will take much time for the lawmakers to figure out whats going on and put the clamps on it. Then another interesting herp will be off the market (if not toads/frogs all together).I've seen them in the wild, And honestly, I don't think I would catch one and send it to someone that I didn't know. I've had a few people ask me to get them some that I knew weren't looking for pets. If you are honestly looking for an interesting pet, I hope you find your toad. Good luck. [ Hide Replies ]
