Posted by: SlytherLyn at Sun Sep 11 20:06:58 2011 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by SlytherLyn ] I haven't posted on the Milk forum in many years, it's been quite some time since I've had a Milk. I do enjoy reading the posts and looking at pictures though. I've been admiring Tangerine Albino Hondurans for over a year, especially the ones with non perfect bands. I ordered a hatchling female off of the KS classifieds which will arrive on Tuesday (first picture). I vended at a show today and was thrilled to find a 2 year old male (second picture) and a 2 year old female (third picture). The female was labeled as a Hypo Tangerine Albino Honduran. I would not think that the Hypo gene would affect an Albino animal, how can you lessen black on a snake that has no black? But she does seem to be a brighter color, so I guess adding Hypo to Albino does affect the color? Thankfully I sold enough of my baby snakes to be able to afford the pair. The man who sold them to me told me they were originally produced by someone named Rob Haneisen. I don't know who that is or if he reads this forum. The two I got today are super sweet snakes and I love them already. Can't wait to get the baby girl on Tuesday. Thought I'd share my excitement and pics | ||
