Amazon had one several weeks ago. I think it was ~$100. It's a nice reference to have - much better than the first edition. Many of the profound mistakes in the first edition were corrected for edition numero dos, but there are still plenty of mistakes (e.g.; most of the information regarding L. t. arcifera is actually for L. ruthveni).
