not eating any ideals

I got two burms on sept 16 one has eating every 5 days for me the other has not eating at all someone told me to force feed her but never done that befor nor did they tell me how too. I have offerd food to her every 5 days but she just leaves it and gose into her hide. any help would be great never had one not eat without sheading I e-mail the company that I got them from and had no reply back never got their paper work eather what do you all think
