Been there my friend. One thing, that I was told by Brian was to not offer food so often. The next thing you need to do is check the temps. When mine would not eat she was in a traffic area at first and the temp was normal but I cranked it up. I offered everthing. Live, dead, pre killed, anything you name it. Robert Preston, told me to try the frozen twad in a pillow case and leave the snake in there. That did not work but has for others it has. It may be she is really shy. That was my burms problem. She would not eat if I where in the room and if I walked in there she would start to spit it back out. Try leaving the live one in there and sit in the back room with it running around, you need to be patient with that, or if it is a juvenile then get a pinky rat and just leave it in there and check on it later. I would say in 10 days try again, after temp is up, and has been left alone that is another thing I did not due, that I should have. When you unfreeze the one, for the bag trick if you do it put it in a baggy and put that in warm water to warm the body it should be good to go. If that does not work, try a pre killed one by using forcepts like it is walking around the tank. Try rats and mice. Offer anything you can get but not to often, as Brain used to tell me, as much and it stresses you out it does to the snake as well. It will come around, and when it does it will want to eat non stop. I am no pro but I did everything I could not to force feed as for one I would mess it up. I hope this helps
