If you have:

Snow M
Normal F
Tangerine some slight aberrant pattern F

Vanishing pattern ghost little black tipping M
Tricolor Albino F

I would just save the Snow male for 2013 and breed all your females to the Ghost next year.

Your plan works as well, I just think Hypos and Ghosts are more attractive than Amels and Snows...it's all about what you want to produce.
