I sold off a few het for various florida kings at the last show I went to, and got some hypo hondo babies (2, unsexed) as well.
Anyhow, my usual for baby colubrids is 2x/week with one-two prey animals. If it seems like the animals are getting sluggish or frequently not finishing meals (when offered multiple smaller prey) I cut down.
Is 2x/week with 1-2 prey animals of normal (1-1.5x the girth of the snake) prey animals good for these? They're really pretty. I just wanted them and it was the end of the show so I asked what he'd take for them and it was really reasonable...and they were so so so pretty. I've never really worked with milks, at all, before. But these are frigging stunning and hte price was good (the vendor had a lot of really pretty baby colubrids and didn't want to take them all home--I thoguht about getting an albino tangerine too but decided not to). ----- We wouldn't have 6 and a half billion people if you had to be beautiful to get laid.
