Then he went into detail of the amendment and that it is limited to burms and AR. Its common for laws to be written really broad and then have to sacrifice in order to get passed. In this case the Boa off is all we care about in this forum, and i did not read anything stating boas are included so As it reads that's what it means to me. Having said that now I wonder (nervously) how much does the reporter know/or is able to divulge without hurting his sources- who knows. How much is being left for the element of surprise by these rats in a suit politicians that perhaps are gagging the news or keeping highly confidential till tomorrow??. However I think it's better than if it read it's going down the way it was always supposed to.



But I'm not getting my hopes up for sure. I'll be very restless tonight...and keeping optimistic too...
