in REALITY it has nothing to do with any other states. but after the USGS/USFWS concocted science to support their claim that burms could eventually invade the lower 1/3 of the US, it became everyone else's problem.

this whole issue has been constructed by the USGS/USFWS in order to make the MOST impact and thus reign in the MOST funds for further research. the best way for them to do that was to make it a federal issue (hence the fraudulent "studies" because that's where the money is.

it's sick.
