I have a hard time believing that some random reporter knows more about this issue than any of us. It's POSSIBLE, but I highly doubt it.
I feel like the OMB had some pressure put on them that they didn't care for and are caving to that pressure. My guess is that all 9 are still there.
I don't know about you all, but I don't plan to live in my current state forever. So, I'll probably be committing somewhere in the range of a 100 or 200 felonies in the years to come. Remember, EVERY animal and EVERY state line crossed is a NEW felony.
