I'm in south florida, the Burmese and the other animals have been taken a long time ago. The boa, the only species I breed, and new to this ban stuff, would be difficult thing to deal with. I don't think burms should be totally banned, but they should be for an elite keeper with certin rules such as large cats, crocodilians etc. I don't think the average pet owner that buys an 18 inch baby burm at a pet shop knows what it's in store. The people here on this forum do, but 99% of burm buyers were not like us here.
I think the same for the iguana. A 6 foot iguana is for a select few to handle and care for....
