Allow me to say that I agree with the idea of bringing together the ENTIRE pet nation on this. Not a novel idea, as it has been thrown around for several years now, but it DOES NEED TO BE DONE to give us the numbers and the voice!

NOT, however, happy at you taking an unfounded pot shot at us (The Python Hunters) especially since by your comments you clearly haven‘t really watched them, and in-light of what else is out there that is so poorly done and damaging that it is mind boggling. I, for one, stand behind everything we have done on the show and everything we do and have done off camera for the industry... including testifying before Congress, working with FWC to stop an all out ban in Florida, discussing the issue face to face with Director Ken Salazar and the Deputy Director, meeting with Bill Nelson’s Chief of Staff, and countless other meetings and pro-industry endeavors we have undertaken…and will continue to work on.

I think you would be hard pressed to find one item that was “hyped” in our show. We hit the facts and we stand by them. All three of us, and our families, lost A LOT of money by doing those first episodes. But we never did it for the money. We did it for the industry and the truth. If your argument is that any publicity is bad PR then you still don’t understand the problem. You can’t sit back and watch the other side put out whatever crap they want and expect it to go away. Someone was going to do it…if not us then somebody else…WITHOUT editing rights and then who knows what they would have put out there and how it would have been twisted. We can’t hide from it and hope it goes away…as we have just seen.

A prime and timely example of this is YOUR comment “Ball pythons are going to be a better invasive…” in THIS VIDEO!!! Really Kevin???!!! That is one of the most inaccurate, false, nescient and damaging statements for the industry I have ever heard. Maybe you should follow your own advice…

I am good with what I have done and continue to do…BUT I COULD PROBABLY DO MORE!

Let me ask you this: WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO HELP AND IS IT PROPORTIONAL TO WHAT YOU HAVE MADE OFF THE REPTILE INDUSTRY OVER THE YEARS?
