digesting to fast

i fed my sonoran gopher snake(nearly, but not quite 36" yesterday and it has already pooped, in the past it has taken a couple days, i gave it a small mouse, could it be it is too hot, or possibly parasites, or i recently moved it up from fuzzies so could that transition be part of it, please tell me what you think and how long should i wait until i feed it again?
