There was a thread on the toxicity of the ingredients. I just spent 1/2 hour searching previous posts (KS needs MUCH better search options!) to no avail. I also don't think I bookmarked the links I found. The bottom line is either make your own cricket water using agar or just be sure to give them fruits and veges and they will get their water from that - that's all I do. Regardless which you choose they need to be replaced every other day so go with the food. As has been pointed out - this all goes into your cham. If I find that info I'll repost.
