Hi guys,
I went in my snake room a few days ago to do a daily check as I always do, and the first snake I check on is my 2300 gram gravid mojave girl. Right as I pick her up, I hear her whezzing. my heart hit the floor. I open up her mouth and yep bubbles. This sucks she has an ri.
Now she has been with 2 males this season and after checking on the bee that was with her, I noticed the same thing with him now. The lesser thats been with her also seems fine so far, but both those males have been with 2 other females also this season. Only the majove and bee so far seem to have an RI.
After talking with my wife and deciding we cant afford to take more than 2 snakes to the vet, I decided to buy that f10 and a fogger before I take anything to the vet. It shoild be here by Friday. How they got RI, I have no idea as the snake room is keep at 88 and they are all in an ARS rake the hole 9 yards.
My question is, does the f10 work well? has anyone tried it? Is it alright to use on a gravid female? should I treat all the snakes that were in contact with the two sick ones even if they are not show signs yet? Sorry this is so long, but I am really freaking out. I just put so much into my collection this is killing me...I have stopped all breeding until I get a grip on this...Thanks for any advise
