This line of animals, originating from Big Horn County, Montana, is one of my favorites. With few rocks or other structures suitable for thermoregulation available, they can be incredibly tricky to find in the wild. Timing is everything (like most milks), but the unpredictable nature of their habitat means that no two years will ever be the same.

Some animals are bright and clean




Others have an almost anery- or hypoerythristic look to them.




Nearly all of them have nifty head patterns
