Sorry to rain on the parade, but there is insufficient data to prove that monarch is a recessive gene. If all of the pastel monarch x normal (and het albino) look normal and if some of those normal looking babies are mated together and produce monarchs, then you can say it's a recessive mutant.

Otherwise, the snakes in the photos are beauties. I look forward to learning the results of those egg clutches. Best of luck with the project.
