Hey folks been out of the herpetoculture world for a bit but got back into it last year, I pulled my females out feb 16th and they have still not eaten, I don't remember this happening before when I use to have a lot of animals. I wonder if I took them out to early? I put them in the day before thanks giving, the two weeks before that I gradually cooled them down, had them at 45 until the 16th and gradually warmed them up, I waited a week to offer them a fuzzie and they didn't take it, so I offered them last week and still did not take it, they are doing ok weight wise, but I really wanted to fatten them up, is this regular? I can't remember my past snakes doing this but it has been about 9 years since I bred stuff. So my memmory might be a bit foggy. Other than them not eating they seem fine. If it helps they are syspila. Im not too worried about it, was just planning on offering them once a week, and if that still doesnt do it I will get them a skink as they will be out soon, that should definatly jump them on to eating. I had them on unscented mice before prior to brumation.
Thanks in advance guys
