Breeder loan... who gets what?

Hi,



I'm thinking of doing breeding loans with a friend. I'm the one with all of the females and my friend has the males. How do you split the clutches?



Is it 50/50?

Is it based on the values of the parents?



I'm just not sure what's fair especially when one of his males might be breeding multiple females of mines. Any info or advice would be appreciated.
