Hello Brian, I wish I could be telling you I had the Mojaves....Here is what happened.

I went into a type of partnership with someone who I thought we had become good friends. The deal was he had a handful of animals one of which was a pied male, but he had a building on 3 acres that we started to put money into to insulate and wire for half breeding rats and mice and the other half were snake rooms. We had a guy who bought $300 per week worth of rats so we split that and used it in the begining to fix up his building. Our deal was we leave with everything we brought into the partnership, so all my equipment racks and snakes would go with me if we were to ever split...I was not entitled to his building or his animals. All the babies we produced would be sold and money split.
We were about to open a pet shop and my oldest son was diagnosed with leukemia. I was spending alot of time at hospital and told Willy that I just could not continue until things were better. So I was backing out of all pet shop plans and decided to take my animals and equipment and leave.
That's when things happened. I showed up with a Uhaul truck to get everything and he had changed the locks on the building. When he got home from work he showed up and said he did not think it was fair that I take my stuff and go. I talked him into letting me take my adult breeder boas and one of the freedom breeder racks....and when I was trying to bag my ball pythons and more boas he lost it. He literally thru me off his property. I was a bit scared since he is built like a stone cutter...lol...anyway I left and really had no idea what I could do. He owns the building and I have no proof that anything there is mine. I know I was a fool for trusting in friendship. That has been life's downfall for me for some time now...I trust too much.
