Anatomy Question

Do snakes have paranasal sinuses?

One of my girls has went through a round of baytril per vets instructions with little luck. Her nose is swollen. The vet says she has a sinus infection, and the next step is to cut open her nose and scoop out the infection. I've searched and searched but can not find any detailed anatomy diagrams or info on the head of a snake.

Any help appreciated!
